- 2 capsules in the morning with food.

- 2 cpasules at lunch with food.

After month 1 maintain 4 copper capsules per day, but add a zinc supplement with food at night.

After month 2, you should be able to drop to 2 capsules of copper per day, pay attention to your symptoms, if they have improved, reduce copper slowly. Stopping CSR will cause your symptoms to come back. Reduce only to levels where you remain symptom-free.
