Refund Policy

Conditions for Applying the Guarantee

  1. Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of return. The official delivery date (to your mailbox or pickup point) will be used as reference.

  2. Product Return: To qualify for a refund, you must return the product in full, including its packaging and any included accessories, even if the product has been opened or used.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Return Procedure:

    • Before sending any returns, please contact us at info@coppersynergy.com to receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

    • Carefully package the product to avoid any damage during transport.

    • Once the returned package has been received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with the refund.

  5. Refund: Refunds are issued after we receive and verify the returned package. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
    We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
